Architectural Window Systems (AWS) is striving to embed a culture that fosters a genuinely diverse and inclusive workplace, reflecting the customers and communities we serve. We use data to help inform our governing body and our recruitment process. This allows us to better understand the composition of, and equity experienced by our people. Pay gap data is a fundamental part of the picture. It is important to reiterate that we don't pay people differently based on their ethnicity or gender. 

This year's data demonstrates our understanding of, and ongoing commitment to gender pay equity at AWS.
