This is your Licence Agreement (the ″Agreement″) with Architectural Window Systems Pty Ltd (″AWS″) for use of the ″AWS ThermalHEART™ Website″ (hereafter referred to as the ″Website″), including all of its contents, files and documents. Your use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the Agreement. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, please cease using the Website.

The Website is the property of AWS and is protected by copyright law in Australia and by international treaties overseas. You are granted a licence to use the Website under the terms stated in this Agreement. AWS retains all title, copyright, intellectual property rights, licences and ownership of the Website.

You must take reasonable action to restrict and control all use of the Website and to prevent access or use except to those authorised by the terms of this Agreement.

You may not duplicate, copy, distribute or commercialise the Website or any part thereof without the written permission of AWS. You may not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, copy, create a derivative work, or otherwise use the Website except as stated in this Agreement.

You may use the Website by searching, viewing, using and printing individual documents by laser or other computer printer.

AWS does not warrant that the Website is free from bugs, errors or omissions or that the Website is fully compatible with all hardware or software. In no event will AWS be liable for any loss or damages, including financial or otherwise, or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Website. You view and use the Website on your computers entirely at your own risk.

If a term or condition of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect and will be enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law.
