Frame and glazing pocket designed to accept 24mm insulating glass units (IGUs) with required 12mm bite, plus another 4mm to cater for glass production and installation tolerances.

  • Compatible with a large range of other Elevate™ framing systems, including sliding doors.
  • Snap together and interlocking expansion mullions.
  • Matching 50mm thick hinged, pivot or sliding door; each designed to accept 24mm thick double glazing and a large variety of industry standard hardware.
  • Two fully beaded midrail sizes to choose from (125mm and 200mm deep).
  • Concealed overhead transom also designed to accept 24mm IGUs.
  • We can insert awning sashes into the framing - if required. These sashes will also accept 24mm IGUs

  • Series 620 CentreGLAZE™ wide shopfront framing - 150mm wide frame with the glazing pocket offset is ideal for frames spanning more than 3m high.
  • Glazing pocket is offset to the front and allows use of 102mm or 80mm transoms from Series 400 and Series 80.
  • True captive glazing wedge allows reglazing from inside - ideal in elevated applications.
  • The captive wedge also offers increased security.
  • Wide range of sub-sills to cover most installations, including sub-sills with integrated nailing fin ideal for residential installations.
  • Sub-head and two piece sub-jambs.
  • Hinged door threshold.
  • Awning sash inlay adapters.
  • Designed for use with Series 50, 51 and 52 commercial doors.
  • Compatible with Commercial Series and Architectural Series systems.
